In order to separate out the serious applicants from the onlookers, you will be required to apply with a deposit of $999. So that you understand the process, please read below fully before applying.

1. Please fill out the simple application below. After filling out, you’ll be prompted for your form of payment. Please pay your deposit via credit card or paypal. After your application and down payment are received, I will be in touch within 2 business days.

2. If your application looks good -- and I don't plan to drag you over the coals in this process- my partner or I, will schedule a 20-40 minute phone call with you within the next week. This is a chance for us to ask you any other questions we might have... and for you to do the same. At this time we will also set a start date and arrange for payment of the balance. We can arrange for you to pay over several months, but the mentorship period cannot begin until the fee is paid in full.

3. If we cannot agree on a start date within the next 7 days be assured, your deposit is 100% refundable. This does not mean the coaching program needs to start in the next 7 days… only that we will agree on a start date and get the finances in order within a week.

4. Upon full payment, your benefits begin immediately. I will rush-ship you the Behavior-Based Performance Review, Swipe File of 12 Help-Wanted Ads that KICK-ASS and Impact Training Guidelines just for signing on.

5. We can schedule a start date any time in the next 60 days. My coaching program lasts exactly 6 weeks. (You don't have to start on the first of a month -- any date is fine). If I will not be available to return emails for any number of days in that month, I'll extend your month that number of days. For example, if I'll be traveling 3 workdays and unable to answer your emails, I'll extend your coaching period 3 days.

6. Once we have agreed on a start date, your coaching program fee cannot be refunded. There is no "trial period". Once I arrange my calendar and set aside the needed hours to dedicate myself to you, it would not be fair to me or to the folks on the waiting list for you to back out. Please be sure you are ready and able to get to work in the next few months before signing up. Let's not waste each other's time.

7. If I find you might not be ready for such a commitment, or if your application is rejected for any reason, you will receive a 100% full refund of your deposit and an email confirmation stating this.
